30 days on stock items. Custom orders are made for you, so they are final sale.

Stock items

Return anything unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@marcwellmahjong.com first and we'll send the return instructions.

Custom orders

Because every custom tile is produced to your artwork, custom orders cannot be returned once production has started. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we remake it.

Damage in transit

Send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it immediately — no need to ship the original back.
