How long does shipping take?
Stock sets ship from our Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse within 24 hours and arrive in 3–7 business days. Custom orders take 15–25 business days to produce before shipping.
Can I customize just one set?
Yes — personal custom starts at a single set. You can put your own artwork on the back of every tile.
What file do you need for my logo?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result. High-resolution PNG works too. We check every file for free before printing.
What's the difference between American and Chinese sets?
American sets have 166 tiles and include jokers and flowers used in NMJL play. Chinese sets are 144 tiles with three suits, winds and dragons.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the United States. Write to hello@marcwellmahjong.com for international requests.
